In 2023, I built Jelly Tutor.

Designed for kids 6-11, it included lessons for Maths, English & Trivia.

It contained interactive lessons, with AI-powered explanations.

Jelly hit top 5 in the UK App Store charts and 500k+ lessons completed.

Key lessons:

1. A product's user isn't always its customer. And they can have different needs.

2. You must think in higher abstraction about competition; what else could your user be doing right this instant?

3. Rapid speed of iteration based on feedback can turn users into advocates.
